Europe Region
- For entering in the EU the device is declared on the commercial invoice.
- When re-exporting the shipper in EU will be asked to include the device details in their commercial invoice on a separate invoice in order to proceed with the customs clearance, (except if the device is attached to the container when an export declaration is not needed).
Hong Kong
- No license required for import & export in HK
- pre-classification completed by HKTID, decision is No License Required (NLR)
Israel
- Import permit is required
- Device should be declared on the shipper’s invoice following the Israel import regulations for product classification
- Requires a permit from the Ministry of Communication
- A permit is already in place for the PT300D device (air device) via Transworld Logistics. Permit is valid until end of 2021.
Japan
- Parameters sheet for Export via CISTEC
- Issued by the EOR, may take 2-3 weeks
- Documents required: MSDS, Device Specifications, Device Declaration
- The service fee is about JPY 60,000~70,000 per the device model

Malaysia
- SIRIM permit required
- The IOR must be local entity and must register with Dagang-net to obtain access for SIRIM application.
- If importing less than 20 pcs per shipment, Special Approval on a per shipment basis. Once obtain TAC or Special approval ref number, then SIRIM permit can be submitted and will take 1 – 2 days for approval.
- Import permit is valid for 3 months per shipments

Philippines
- National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) Permit
- Issued by the IOR online per commercial invoice
- Include a formal letter to explain purpose of importation with attached device specification.
- Estimated cost $70 USD for permit application and service fees
- Approval may take 2-3 business days
If this is for re-export below is the required document:

- SDS if cargo contain lithium battery

- Export Declaration
- Cargo Signal Specification from manufacturer
Singapore
- Import license is required (individual or dealer’s license).
- Cargo Signal devices fall under “Dealer’s Class”. The Importer of Record will need to apply for this license.
- A set of commercial invoice is required for the device and the customs declaration will be dealt separately apart from the consignment
- Once license is filed, the OGA may take 2-14 business days to approve
Taiwan
- NCC Permit (when devices are shipped alone)
- Upon importation, importer needs to apply for the NCC permit (takes 2 days), clear the import shipment through customs and NCC.
- Within 1 year, re-export the device (notify NCC) to cancel out the device in NCC control list. It is acceptable to re-cycle the same GPS device (i.e re-import again into TW), just need to apply for the NCC permit for each import. The device qty can be more than one in a shipment
