Getting Started with Cargo Signal

Welcome to Cargo Signal—we’re excited to help you gain real-time visibility into your shipments.

Before you begin

Make sure:

• Your organization has an active Cargo Signal service

• You have login access to the platform: https://app.cargosignal.com/login

Step 1: Define your monitoring needs

Decide what you want to monitor:

• Location tracking

• Temperature

• Humidity

• Light exposure

Step 2: Prepare your devices

• Request the appropriate devices

• Confirm device IDs

   

Step 3: Activate and install devices

• Assign devices to your shipment

• Secure them to cargo (see installation guide)

• Ensure proper placement for signal and sensor accuracy

Step 4: Track your shipment

Use the Cargo Signal platform to:

• View real-time shipment status

• Monitor sensor data

• Receive alerts
